Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 Chicken Breasts, cooked (preferrably grilled) and chopped or shredded
2 8oz cream cheese
1 1/2 Cup of Ranch dressing
3/4 Cup of Buffalo wing sauce (usually in marinade/bbq sauce aisle)
1 1/2 - 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix all of the ingredients together with the cooked chicken breast. Bake it at 350 for about 20 minutes. , Then sprinkle about another 1/2 cup to whole cup of shredded cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes or until the cheese on the top if melted.
Great with corn chips or tortilla chips (or both)!

Here's the recipe for the Buffalo Chicken Dip:
Ingredients:
2 10 oz. cans of chicken
3/4 c Frank's Red Hot
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 c. ranch dressing
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook the chicken and hot sauce together until heated through. Then add cream cheese, ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. Stir on medium until all the cheese is melted.
